While managing risk and maintaining compliance across all projects, Niraj also plays a pivotal role in growing and maintaining a strong brand image and facilitating effective communication among all partners and stakeholders.

Adam is highly experienced in executing ideas on the ground with a focus on design management, interdisciplinary coordination, construction supervision and commissioning/pre-opening services. Drawing on his skills as an experienced engineer and project and design manager, Adam has played a pivotal role in the successful development and delivery of hospitality and tourism assets and large scale aerospace, aviation and industrial projects.

At CenturyDMS, Adam ensures the seamless delivery and operations of every development. He collaborates closely with other teams to design and implement project-specific strategies that align with the overarching objectives of each development and its brand as a whole. With a focus on delivering top-tier results, Adam ensures that all projects are not only completed within budget and on time, but also continue operating with maximum efficiency and effectiveness after opening.

Jay is a seasoned corporate leader with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry encompassing professional services, main contracting and business advisory. In this time, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive results and deliver exceptional outcomes.

In various operational leadership roles, Jay has excelled in building high-performing teams, establishing new offices and managing large operational and project groups across multiple geographies.

Jay’s extensive experience includes delivering a wide range of complex projects in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. These projects span sectors such as residential, commercial and industrial developments, plus large infrastructure, energy (including renewables) and transport.

As a Development Director at CenturyDMS, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. He’s passionate about building businesses and teams from the ground up, and as a native of the countryside, he is particularly excited about overseeing residential developments in regional Australia. Jay aims to make a positive impact on these communities by providing affordable housing and creating economic opportunities.

Christine brings a unique blend of architectural expertise and brand development experience to strategy in property development and hospitality. Her career spans roles in architecture, urban design, and creative direction, giving her a holistic perspective on creating compelling spaces and brand experiences. In her previous role as Creative Lead for a property development company, Christine developed boutique brand concepts for individual properties and implemented cohesive branding strategies. Christine's architectural background and experience with designing notable projects have given her a distinctive understanding of the intersection between design and branding.

Christine brings a creative eye to the CenturyDMS’s overall strategy with a particular focus on the branding and marketing of projects. By developing and implementing bespoke strategies for each project, Christine has an uncanny ability to evoke an emotional response in guests, investors and buyers. When she’s not looking at the bigger picture, she leads a team of creative professionals to deliver this branding, marketing and messaging.

Shalveen began his finance career as an accounts assistant and rose through the ranks to become a management accountant, commercial analyst and, most recently, a finance manager at a billion-dollar Australian company. Here, Shalveen’s talent and work ethic resulted in him being brought in to manage audits, budgets and forecasts across the ACT, New South Wales and Queensland regions, working closely with the CEO, CFO and regional GMs.

As CenturyDMS’s finance director, Shalveen is responsible for implementing and managing the group’s accounting system and leading costing and feasibility studies. His expertise plays a critical role in the development process by setting his colleagues, and the communities they work with, up for success.
